How long will it take to get my money back?

I was charged the first time for membership on Nov 25 and I applied for refund minuts later on that day.

The staff did send me an email on Nov 26, said that the recent charge was refunded.

So I'm wondering when will the money be back into my creditcard (master card) account.

I tried to mail to cancel at chess.com but no reply received.

PS: The link http://www.chess.com/home/orderhistory has been not available since some day before my first visit to it. It makes me worry about the account system of chess.com. 

Did your girlfriend catch you using her card?
