How to claim a win on time.

I had a losing position in a daily game when my opponents time ran out. I searched everywhere and couldn’t find a way to claim the win. A week after their time ran out they made a move and I resigned. How do you claim the win? Usually when time runs out for over an hour they take the win.

For Daily, there's a setting in the website that has to be in to automatically claim on time for non tournament games.
Settings > Daily Chess > Automatically claim victory when time runs out!
I believe there's a claim on time option though as well and it will automatically claim after 60 days with no moves.
Is there a way to claim the win in the game, on a case by case basis?
