So how is tie break computed?

So this long tournament has been on going for a while. After I got beaten the first ranker I won my other games so far. I am kind of happy of what is going on until I noticed I have a 0.5 tie break. The leading player has 10.5 which is justifiable. While the 3rd in the list has 3.75 yet he has one draw and one lost. No one else has a score in the tournament at this point.

Is this phenomenon correct?

Yes, that is correct. Tie-breaks are based on your opponent's scores and you have only played one person that has a score.
