When an account is closed for fair play violations an email is sent to the address associated with the account. That explains the options available including the option to appeal the closure.
Appeals are rarely granted, as the site doesn't close accounts unless certain.
My other account t3m23 just got banned, I will no longer resign until I get a certain match I want, and I will play the game out until I’m really losing the game.

You'll need to contact support directly about the closure https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us
Also, you'll need to be approved by staff to have multiple accounts.

You should have received an email about the closure on the address associated with the account explaining your options. One of those is to appeal a closure and you should include any pertinent information in that appeal.

You would need to contact support directly, using the email associated with the closed account.

I tried logging into my account but apparently my account got closed for violating Fair Play policies. Is there any way for me to recover it and appeal for an unban? I've never used cheats and have literally lost a few matches to my friends and other people. I mean, my friend has a 90+ accuracy literally every game and is only 1600, yet it seems he isn't sussed out for cheating but i am with a 25+ loss percentage and 80+% accuracy games? Apologies if I came off as upset and rude, but I am upset. My account is https://www.chess.com/member/RawrNyanners. I'm on my brother's account making this post. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
(Edit: Before anyone asks me to check my email, I have. I didn't receive any sort of email from chess.com regarding my accounts closure)

You should double check your spam/junk folders on the email address associated with the closed account. Otherwise you can use the Help option in the menu to contact Support. Appeals are rarely granted.

The account was closed. If you look at the profile there is a link to an article that explains the closure reason.
