how to report a MOD to someone higher ups

so i was wondering how can one contact a manager in chess.com and not a moderator to report abuse of power by a moderator?

Is this about you getting thrown out of the Cheating Forum, or did you tick someone else off as well?

If it's that, clubs have their own rules and the admins can handle it how they want, even if they are also a mod.

And , club admins can kick anyone without explaination/without any reason. It is 100% their right.
