How to watch videos

Hi,

 

  I am a premium member. I have the little blue diamond by my name, and from what I can figure out, that is the most premium membership available. However, when I try to watch videos using the Chess.com app,  I only get to see the first few minutes, and then the video tells me I have to upgrade in order to see the rest of the video. 

 

 I am using the chess.com app on my iPad Pro. All updates installed. No other problems, ie i am able to play chess games etc.

Might just be an app issue. You might uninstall and reinstall.  But if you haven't already logged out and back in, try that.

 

Also, you could probably watch them on the device's browser on the website.

Thanks, Martin. Deinstalling and installing solved the issue.

As of Jan 7, 2021, reinstalling the app is still the fix to get access to the videos on the mobile app if you're only seeing the demos.
