I had the same bug and also lost some games because of it. When I reported it, a Mod (Chess.com staff member) contacted me after a few days asking for more info. I explained the situation and mentioned the lost games: they gave me 20 extra vacation days and restarted the game I had lost from the last move played.
To report the bug, I used Chessica (the bot). I asked to report a bug, got a message saying “Click the button below to open our bug reporting tool,” clicked it, and then uploaded a screenshot of my account settings page showing my vacation days at 0, with a short explanation of the issue.
It’s definitely an annoying bug, and I hope they reply to you soon and manage to fix it.

I keep trying to get my vacation days on the 1st and 15th, as stipulated in my contract. I am a premium member and should get 2 x 2.5 days per month, if I'm not mistaken. But time and again, the top-up doesn't work and I lose games because of it. I have contacted support several times about this. The first and second time, I received a helpful response after a week. However, the bug was not fixed and after further inquiries, I didn't hear back from Jessica. The feature didn't work in August and September. Chess.com is great overall, but this is really frustrating and disappointing. Does anyone know how I can get in direct contact with tech support without this borderline chatbot? Thanks in advance.

August und September funktionierte das Feature nicht. Klasse, wie Chess.com sonst insgesamt ist, aber das ist wirklich frustrierend und enttäuschend. Hat irgendjemand Ahnung, wie ich ohne diesen grenzwertigen Chatbot direkten Kontakt zum Tech-Support erhalte. Danke im Voraus.
