I dont'think he is a sore loser because he did not make a real mistake and he wasn't losing. Maybe there was a reason why he resigned. e.g. his boss entered his room, his child fell of the stairs, his dog demanded a walk..

Why give excuses when someone resigns and do not start a game unless you can play it plain and simple kind sir but thank you for pointing out his side since he is unable to join us.
I play at 808 and the other player was 988 and I did not gain or receive a rating adjustment.
