I bought for premium membership and got nothing

So I’ve bought premium membership for a month yesterday, however despite already paying for it through my iPhone and my money being deducted(money deducted from my bank and Apple account) I still continuously have ads pop up for me to purchase the membership and don’t have unlimited analysis and puzzles. I’ve submitted a request for support alr but have not receive any help yet. Does anyone have any info on why this is happening? Pls help

There is some manual process that is required. They will likely resolve it tomorrow.

There is some manual process that is required. They will likely resolve it tomorrow.
Tomorrow? What makes you think that? There are many people still waiting after ten days or more of no response.

But you will get your membership, it may just take a little extra time due to circumstances. App purchases take longer, in general, due to some manual steps, but the OP will get premium added.

Oh okay thank you do you know how long more it will take? It's been 2 days now, and also I went on my pc and got the premium membership free trial will that affect anything? Like would they add 30 days of premium membership on top of my 7 days free trail or not?

I'm not sure what will happen but if you don't cancel the free trial before it charges, you likely will end up charged here too, since the app purchase mechanism is separate from the site. If that happens, the site can get it sorted out, but something to be aware of

10 days?!?! I am waiting for 3 days an answer and I was with hope... I didn't know that much... this is really discouraging...

I bought it to unlock all the bots
Same thing happened to me today, bought the subscription from Play Store and still waiting for it to be activated.
