Well, I've had the exact same problem since they changed the software provider -or the platform, not sure- a couple of months ago. It was ok when it resembled regular email clients, now it's pretty messed up..., and I loved me email address with my name and the chess.com domain... -and nobody seems to be trying to solve this issue...

If you that other account belonged to you it was likely closed for having multiple accounts. Chess.com only allows one account per person:

I became a platinum member and my chess.com email i cant seem to get in. To check the emails. I click on the email button and it asks me for the chess.com email username i enter it and i enter the only password i have and it says invalid.......What do i do?
