I cant change my bg

so ive been on this site for long enough to be able to change it

yet i cant

theres no upload button like on my old acc 

is it a glitch or smth

Idk, but i dont think so, ppl were talking about the changes before they changed for me, so i think its different for every account

I just change it to a default than go to the upload thing and change to whatever I wantt

the photo is not about changing accounts or changing names, it's not changing accounts, it's changing everything, am I being made clear?
