I can't chat, why?

I don't know why but I can't chat in a live game. I almost always play with the app for Android. I have always been polite to other players. When I send a text it's disappear. I live in Sweden and very often the connection between me and the player is not so good. It have happened bef

when I try to type in live chat it does not work it says chat disabled
