I can't log in with my Facebook account on chess.com

everytime i click to log in on Facebook it says (We found an existing Chess.com account with the same email address. Please log in using Facebook, and then connect these accounts.) how can i take my account back?

Use the site: www.chess.com and when logging in, use the Login with Facebook option.
