I can't switch to yearly membership

when I am trying to switch to yearly there is a error coming up. pls help me doing it. my diamond membership will end on this sunday which is 3rd november and I won't be available on 3rd because of the festivals and am from india and u know their are 100s of festivals each year here so I am trying to switch today but the error is coming so pls tell me ASAP (as soon as possible)
