Just go to the tournament and look at the bar on the right hand side.There is an option called "Withdraw".It will ask your comfirmation.Press "yes".
But if the tournament has already started then dont withdraw.Because then all your ongoing games will be considered as resignationand p\opponents will win and your ratings will come down quite a bit.
