It seems to me that most people don't get charged until after the week is over.
They have always been very timely in making the charge after the seven days / 168 hours have passed.
But most people who come here to complain only report surprise that a week has actually gone by
I seem to recall that in the past, an actual charge was required when people had some kind of debit card that didn't use authorizations like credit cards.
