I have a membership but it’s not on my phone?

So I’ve subscribed to the gold membership but I play on PC and my mobile. I’ve noticed however that on my mobile version I don’t seem to have any of my membership benefits or records of games?

There are lots of things on the website that aren't on the phone apps.

The Android app does show you links to the most recent games but doesn't have the full archive. (I don't know about the iOS app.)

They are adding more features to the apps but there are probably some things which will never be added (like 4 player chess.)

Honestly I’d just like my account to be in sync so I can watch videos and do lessons without being bombarded with upgrade to premium that I already have. From what I can see the app is just pulling data directly from the web so it’s kinda weird to me.

Sounds like you might actually be connecting to a different account with your app than you are with the gold membership you log in to the website with. Can you check what profile you're logging in to the app with? For the iPhone, it's under Settings -> Profile, and I'd expect it'd be similar for an Android device.

You may just need to log off the app and back on.

I've logged on/off my sign-in is via Facebook so I don't know how I could log into another account type? I tried logging in on my phone via the web and it was the same result.

Hm - maybe something's happening because of the link to Facebook: it'd be best to go to https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us and log a ticket for the Support team to look at it.
