I lost my 400+ day puzzle streak even though I'm sure I did the puzzle yesterday and the day before.

I do them everyday after work, even if they're very hard for me I use the tips to try to solve them. I had a 470+ days streak and was quite proud of it and today I come here and noticed 3 puzzles were undone which is impossible because I do them everyday at the same time and I remember doing them yesterday for example. 

It does? That's impossible, I even took a screenshot on the second of october when I reached 470 days in a row! I still have it!

Maybe it is a bug,write to support

I sent an email but they told me I have to talk to the AI bot which didn't help at all. I even sent them the screenshot with the 470 days in a row I took at the start of october to prove it but it seems the AI bot is useless.
