Posting in the forums is not the best way to get a MOD, if one is even on at the time. First stop would either be the moderators group to see if any are on and direct messaging or use the Help and Support chat room in Live.
Also, it is very likely a moderator can't help much with a time sensitive issue unless it is something like someone spamming a chat channel or a note/topic that is breaking the TOS.
I need to speak with a mod ASAP!
