i tried the diamond free trial and i forget to cancel my subscription today i got charged.itried to follow the article but chatbot is not responding. is there any other way to get refund
is there a time limit to this thing. please help me.

yes i clicked get more help but no response from the chatbot but when i do it via app it worked but i didn't receive any notification or mail hope i'll wait for 3 to 4 days
