im sad..,

i cant play in LIVE CHESS bcoz am always being disconnected, what would be the problem?... my pc is fast in browsing. :(

are u using explorer or firefox?

me 2. i use firefox and it happened my first two games and my last 2 games were normal!

there are quite a few reasons this could be occuring. Some possible solutions might be:

Download google chrome, I've heard(very circumstantially) that this is as close to stable as live gets.

Ping the chess.com server and see what kind of latency your connection gets going from wherever to california.

Make sure your browser and all the important addons are up to date.

These probably won't help, but it's a good platform to start on when you can more easily point at something outside your own PC settings as the culprit.

i use ff and it works great. the 1st game did disconnect, but the next 100 or so has been fine.
