Here is a sample 2+1 game against a bot:

At the end of the game, which was 2+1, my time is shown as 5:01.

BTW, for those interested, it's hard to find how to set the time control for bot games.  It's under the "custom" option, where you select the game options, for example whether to allow take-backs or to see an eval bar.  At the bottom is "time control".  This is very useful for practicing my play under time pressure.

Bots don't play differently when you use different time controls. They just take the time they need to take and then move, whether the time control is set for bullet or rapid.

Some people get their jollies by playing bullet with them. They often time out. It is as if they don't even notice the time control. (They don't.)

Your game didn't show you as having 5 minutes left at the end when I checked. It showed you as having 2 seconds left.
