Bieng a paying member has nothing to do with disconnecting. The servers have no idea why you disconnected, or got disconnected.

If you get disconnected and lose a game by abandonment/timeout, the server really can't tell why you were not connected. Yes, they could potentially run the final position through an engine and if you were winning by a lot, to see if it probably wasn't due to malice.
The Fair Play Policy is mainly about those type of issues. That said, opening a ticket may provide you with better recourse. There have been recent post about the Live server experiencing higher load and causing issues. I don't know if that has been resolved but staff may be able to look at some of your history and reset your tracking on that.

Chess.com marks my account as unfair play when I do nothing wrong. For example my latest game was a normal game and I lost by resignation and it flagged my account so I cant play. This after several warnings that also involved games I did nothing wrong. I have had a few disconnections not initiated by me. I never! intentionally disconnect or use a computer.
As a paying member I support fair play but am very disappointed to be denied the full service I paid for and with no clear path to appeal this action. Anyone doubt me, look at my games and you will see any disconnects are not to avoid losing positions and better yet if you have the technical means see that the disconnects were not initiated by me.
This kind of behavior needs to stop if you want paying members to keep paying and recommending the site.
