Insane lag

My internet is stable, lichess ping is 190 ms, chess.com initially shows 230 ms but it fluctuates to 690 ms in the middle of the game. I am losing almost every 30 s game because premoves are sometimes taking even 4 seconds. All my tabs are closed,CPU and memory are used 50% , no extensions and stable internet ,but still this lag. And it happens with this site only, in lichess, chessbase i experience no difficulties.

Please help me someone, thanks.

You can check out the following: https://support.chess.com/article/213-how-do-i-fix-my-disconnect-lag-issues

However, if there is a problem between you and the site, there's not a whole lot you can do. The traffic goes from your location to the Chess.com Live server in the US. Other sites take a different path.

My understanding is that the site is planning on a more distributed architecture but I don't know what the timeline on that is, but once it's in place, it should improve things.

Some games actually go well, sometimes I can play 70-80 moves in bullet, but sometimes even premoving and playing fast gives 30-40 total. The lag is not periodic and does not follow a pattern. Is it a problem of the server itself? If so,what can I do?

I don't believe it's a problem with the server itself, otherwise it would impact everyone pretty equally and that isn't normally the case.

They did just announce the geo-distributing of game play servers in the just released update.

Just to note, I believe that is a goal for this year so may take a while before it's fully available.
