Insights and Stats Glitches?

1. When I go through Insights and want to see positions where I made mistakes, the images of boards will not load.
2. In Stats, a game I have reviewed a couple of times, still indicates that I have not reviewed it.
Anyone else experience these issues and have solutions. I have already reported the first problem as a bug but have not received a response.
