I tried the trial in February and then I brought premium membership in April but my insights are not updating since February. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
There's an issue when an account previously had diamond and generated Insights, changed membership level, and later gets diamond again. Insights are only generated when diamond is active and that reactivation doesn't always trigger it to resume.
Check back in an hour or two and you should be fixed.
