I don't understand why you call Qb4 a brillant move, when it is clear that the move to make is e2+ making you loss the Rook.
And yes I agree, I don't like people who insult others on the games.

Qd4 was a terrible move, e2+ would have won. He definitely wasn't using an engine. But he shouldn't have insulted you.
Thanks to all people who answered and to moderator. Sorry for naming.
Qd4 was a good move... for a human, but not for an engine, as it allowed him to keep himself from any calculations needed if he let me keep queens unchanged. e2+ was winning immediately: e2+ Rf2 Qb1+, checkmating. Surely, an engine would find it quickly. He couldn't calculate it, as me too.
I have to take some conclusions from this game: to definitely stop playing the scotch gambit and to not to be suspicious, even if someone insults me. And to stop doing everything I like at every time with hope to be always a winner. There is a time for everything. Otherwise you will lose.
I don't have the game open in front of me at this moment, however I remember that bloking the check with the rook take it to mate combination in a couple of moves, to avoid this mate the move was to block the check with the pawn that was in front of your queen, this will not be mate but will makes you loss the rook.
The way to know if someone use an engine is to compare the game with an engine analisys. This is, wait until the game is over, (don't analice with computer games that are curently playing), and then analice it with the engine, if the oponent play all the moves the engine did, then it is very likely he was cheating.
Please tell me how to report about violations to be able to make it in the future.

I always find nasty if someone insults opponens when defeating them.
And, I don't understand how he has found a move Qb6-d4. No doubts, it was brilliant, but this was not a move of a 1423 rated player. I suspect him to use a software. His page contains several others' notes unpleasant for him.
