Internet Problems So I Got Banned

Earlier today I had some internet problems. I was requesting a 1+0 bullet match and I think I aborted a few -- I couldn't even see the board. This was not intentional. Later, Chess.com banned me for an amount of time. In a perfect world a Chess.com mod would answer me, but I know that won't happen. Here's my question: Why did Chess.com ban me [for an amount of time], and how can I get my account back? So if anyone can share a way that I can get my account back, it would be much appreciated. Also, I'm not 100% sure this is a Help and Support question.

THANKS!

I don't think you were banned.

Normally all that happens if you abort too often is that you lose the option to abort.

@justbefair It says "You cannot join tournaments or arena events. Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Sportsmanship Policy. However, you are allowed to play with friends and other players in the Poor Sport group. Your account restrictions will be removed after you finish more games following the Sportsmanship Policy."

Perhaps I was exaggerating a slight bit when I said I got "banned" but I've played twenty or thirty more games and it's still not letting me play tournaments or normal people.

Also thanks for answering.

@metsfan27 I hope chess.com allows you to play again, and try contacting chess.com to get your account back and say how you had internet problems
