IOS app freezing
Suggest clearing all Data and history in iOS after downloading latest version. Restart phone.
No issue today... but what to be said. The issue was never about any so-called bug but rather a Server issue at peak demand periods when app users found their games stopped by a frozen clock.
I bought gold membership yesterday and I have same problem. If they will not fix it. I want my money back. I lost lot of game because of that
Wow.. seems the issue persists.
Swipe to close the app when a frozen clock appears. You remain connected. Reopen the app and the game resumes.
Really disappointing if the issue remains. Not seen here today - but that means nothing. Clear all iOS data in Safari. Restart. See if that resolves issue.
This latest “update” in Apple supposedly fixes CC’s problems with maximum demands on their servers.
It remains to be seen for iOS users.

Played a dozen games with the latest update- and no issue with a frozen clock. Cleared all Data and history with a restart of device.

Again. The issue is not any bug in the app itself - but rather a server issue. I’ll stick by this claim until proven wrong. The App is the ultimate/ best chess playing experience. But the issue of game clocks freezing is a Server issue.
Literally just lost a game and immediately went online to see if I was the only one with this freezing issue. I’ve been going through this problem for 2 months and it’s so annoying because when playing blitz every second counts.
Had the same problem in my first day of Live Chess. Lost half to time/ abandonment. Just paid for my membership too. Was playing 4 round Swiss at 30/0. What I did was open the browser version on my laptop and continued. Lost 15 minutes but was able to continue on the laptop. Hope they fix this.
Can any MODs on here confirm somehow that someone is aware of this issue? Really frustrating, and people are losing games
