same problem, but discovered that when I ask for draws, the connection restores. Don't know if the other player receives the drawing request. I'm using this trick until the problem is fiexed.

Will anything be done to rectify scores/rankings? I’ve been “reporting” the games for which this happened to me by “reporting” the other player and writing in the “other” and comment box.

the app is the LAST TO BE UPDATED AFTER BETA AND LIVE, play is still passing through beta and they're working on it ok jeez

play on the site u can reload have more features and patches and acess beta (if they are still acepting testers which i think they arent)

report a bug is meh, support email can mean they adress and respond and help and also give rewards

weak? u call that weak? over like 20 times amount of things to process and barely like 2 times slower?

I change for simple chess (Europe échecs) which work perfectly. Too many game lost for freezing of chess.com
