IOS App Keep disconcerting, and is ruining my games

Hi
My IOS App keeps disconnecting even if I am 100% sure it is not my network that is the problem. This is now ruining many games and I am considering to stop paying anyone to Chess.com
The service is very bad and I hope someone can give me a tips.

I’ve had this happen to me. Now, my Wi-Fi is not always 100% trustworthy, but it works most of the time. I’ve lost several games due to disconnecting, and even when I hurried to turn my data on (turning Wi-Fi off in the process) it still didn’t work.
