came on just to see if anyone else is experiencing issues. I've had a similar experience. Notifications sometimes are duplicating or not coming in, have done a remove-reinstall. And just this morning, my newest rapid win wasn't updated so I came onto the physical site to confirm and the desktop version does have the accurate rating. Not sure what is happening with iOS version currently, but I have noticed the start of my issues at the tail end of December 2022/early Jan 2023

If you're on iOS 12.5.7 there should be an app update available, Version 4.1.11 (2695), that should fix the issue.
I've been using the app for 4+ years now. Lately (perhaps since iOS 16 update), the app doesn't refresh in the background to alert me when it's my turn. The app doesn't update, I get no notifications on lock screen / notification area, no banners, badges, nothing. I don't think this is necessarily an iOS issue, because even when I open the Chess.com app there are no notifications in the app. I have to manually refresh the games list in order to update my games.
This seems like a fault in the app. I've done all the usual fixes; removed / reinstalled the app., turned off / on notifications, changed all notification preferences to and from my preferred setting. Nothing I have tried has fixed this.
I have questions:
Is anyone else experiencing this, and has anyone found a solution?
Do the developers know about this and are they working on a solution?
How can I find out if they know about it?
