iOS client : notification comes without information about exact move

Hi.
I use application under conditions of short-time internet connection. The issue I facing when the internet available notification about new opponent's move is popped but when I open the game the move itself not appeared to be downloaded along with the notification. Therefore, I have to wait for next internet connection to see the exact move.
I wonder if it possible to send to the device information about new move along with the notification.
