I think you should wait like maybe 30 seconds b/c it lags sometimes

This is very frustrating. When I launch the Chess.com app on my iPad it prompts me for my username and password. After typing it in and hitting "Sign In" all that happens is a little window pops up that says "Singing In..." with a spinning wheel next to it. It's there for about a split second, and then it goes away and nothing happens. I'm still left on the same screen. Not logged in, nothing. No matter what I try, it won't do anything. I know I've got the right username and pw because I used them to log into this site on my laptop!
I feel like I've tried everything. Help!
