It's fine for me, although I only use it for Online Chess, when I don't have a computer nearby. I could imagine Live Chess being worse.

iphone app is shocking. WOnt be using it again until they improve the live games. Keep hetting LOADING GAME and ambandoment.
I've keep loosing far too many games 'on time' or by 'abandonment' because the iPhone app has such a bad connection, it goes down constantly and it doesn't seem to have anything to do wiyh my internet connection for other apps. I can't afford letting my rating go down like this for no reason! It's very dissappointing!!!
