iPhone Bugs

during online chess -> press the speech ballon to enter the chat -> press any other item in the menu -> press online again. Now you will see that the amount of messages have been doubled. Repeating this procedure will increase the messages.

the app stopped working and crashes at startup since my last itunes upgrade.

i tried reinstalling the app, etc, no luck :(

but thanks for making it available for people. It is useful... just hope i can use it again soon :)

and 1 thing on my wishlist i'd like to add is that when i move something, i would like to be able to just look at the board before hitting submit (like it is online), but the iphone app covers most of the screen with a popup asking to confirm the move, which is kind of annoying and not as useful as just seeing your unconfirmed move with the board un-covered. just a wish for future development...

I have noticed several small bugs:

- Although I have a WLAN connection (working) i often get the message that there's no active internet connection.

- When having confirmation screen turned on and I checkmate someone, I get that alert before the confirmation screen. Shouldn't the checkmate alert be after the confirmation screen?

- When finishing my last tactics puzzle of the game the daily limit exceed message pops up and I can't see my last rating because the interface disappears.

- In the videos sections my videos don't start to load automatically. I have to press play every time.

Apart from having the app crashing several times in the tactics trainer, I noticed that the Analysis board isn't "intelligent". It seems to me that it always shows me as white unless I flip the board. It would be much better if it recognizes my color in the game and would automatically show me the Analysis board in the right direction.

Hope I'm not spamming the iPhone related forums here, just want to help 

well, i still can't use the app at all, only as a guest, which doesn't apply to online games, so not that helpful.

i tried reloading it, rebooting my iphone etc many times, but as soon as i put in my accnt info it crashes, and keeps crashing at startup from that point on.

I can't make moves in any of my online games. I can move in the analysis board, and in computer games, but not real moves in online games.

I tried setting up a new game. There is a new game, but I still can't move.

Can't make any moves (pieces won't even highlight when i touch them). I've uninstalled and re-installed already. I hope this gets fixed soon as the iPhone is my only option to play online chess now cuz I'm not always in front of my computer.

Whenever I click on the "Solution" option in the tactics trainer, nothing happens. I don't see any solution and none of the pieces move.

i'm glad i can finally use the app now (after update), but it would be nice if some bugs and the popup screen to confirm moves (described earlier) were fixed.

Today I got the following alert:

Randomly, I get the message saying I've used up all my Tactics Trainer puzzles for the day.  I know that as a Gold member I only get 25, but I get this message when I go to play for the first time that day, or even the first time that week. 

Also, it seems that the tactics trainer doesn't remember my rating.  I always get "are you ready for your first tactic" and they're very easy.  I could be wrong, but I thought the tactics were supposed to increase in difficulty. 

Other than these, though, it's a great app.  Thanks for building it.

The alert message appears when in an online game you shake the iPhone. What's the point of this alert message?

I'm also seeing this issue; despite not attempting to play for several days, the Tactics Trainer says I've used up all of my puzzles for the day.

Thanks for having a look into this; even with this bug (and minor feature requests, such as being able to see your current rating after you complete the last tactics puzzle for the day), I use the app daily -- in fact, it's what caused me to become a member of Chess.com!  Thanks for the hard work, and providing a great way for me to study and enjoy my favorite game.
