Is insights not working?

I bought diamond so I could look at my insights. However, insights will not let me search time periods other than "last 1 year" or "all time" Even then, some games seem to be excluded.

This applies to all time controls, and custom time ranges make no difference.

Check it again in a little while. It doesn't look like all games have been run through yet.

Same here, it's now about 18 hours since I bought the subscriptions and it's still not showing.

It could potentially take up to 24 hours, depending on how many accounts are queued up before yours.

But just checking yours, it appears things are updating. Make sure you've chosen a Time Range and pool that has games over that range.

 

Your 7 day blitz games has some entries, which should continue to increase as they get analyzed.

I'm having this issue, too.  Have had diamond for a month but Insights suddenly stopped working

I just recently got diamond again and I also have no insights for the past month but do before that

It can't take a while to get back into the queue and new games to get ran through the process.

Same here. I got Diamond 2 days ago but still no insights for the past 30 days.

how did you fix the problem?  i tried chess.com's support email didn't work tho

I’ve purchased a diamond membership for insights 2 days ago and it’s been stuck in que to be analyzed for 2 full days. The que has only moved one position since the time of purchase with 625 (was 626) ahead of me. At this rate it would take over 2 years to analyze… am I missing something?

Insights hasn't been working for almost a week now. Queue not progressing. Hopefully they fix it sooner rather than later. I probably won't renew until it's fixed. Good to know I'm not alone.

Your particular situation has been referred to staff and they are looking into it.

Not getting any insights or progression in the queue, beware buying diamond as I had the trial for a week to see if my insights were worth it but never actually got any. Hopefully soon they sort it out.
