queue starting to move, was up to 2nd in line, currently am 41st, but it seems like the queue is at least moving, appreciate it Martin!
hello my insights don't update, i played 3 more brilliant moves in my last games from yesterday and the insights didn't mark it

Game Review and Insights run at different depths, so there can be differences. If the game counts are right for yesterday, it's very possible Insights did not register the moves as brilliant.
Insights doesn't even work!! Just upgraded to check them out and none of the games from the last month or longer have been registered. Chess.scam

If you previously bad Diamond and had generated Insights, then let that membership lapse, new insights are not generated while you don't have diamond.
After upgrading again, it can take some time for all the new games to get queued up and ran through the process. If you don't see anything generated within 24 hours of your upgrade, post again.

You should be good now.
My recent insights are not showing up. It has been around 72 hours since I switched from platinum to diamond.

hi again, it hasn’t updated yet.
I’ve purchased a diamond membership for insights 2 days ago and it’s been stuck in que to be analyzed for 2 full days. The que has only moved one position since the time of purchase with 625 (was 626) ahead of me. At this rate it would take over 2 years to analyze… am I missing something?
Same as you. The queue is terrible. It at least got stuck for 3 days…
