Is it still possible to change the CC Background to a custom bg?

Since the new ui was created, I haven't bee able to change my background to a custom one.

I haven't been able to figure out how, so I've just left mine on.

Settings > Interface > Custom Background

and once you open interface scroll all the way down and you will see a custom bg option
