Is this a kind of cheating?

I'm having a daily chess match, the rule is 3 days/move. After making few moves I noticed that for every move I made after that, my opponent went online right after I clicked the submit button, no matter it's day, afternoon or night. I noticed this for more than 10 moves so this couldn't be coincidental. Maybe I'm a bit skeptical but it's suspicious enough for me to post here. Is this a kind of using cheat app? (I don't want to refer his name here as I'm not sure he cheated or not)

That is not cheating, just carry on with your games and you'll be fine.
