Is this a site wide issue showing people offline or just me?

I look at my friends list and it is showing people as offline when i'm having conversations with them and it's the same with my groups. You look at members online and it shows them online yet click on their profile and they are offline. I've logged out and back in even cleared my cook

I have the same Issue Im appearing offline to others ,also If i challange someone it doesnt show for them and if they challange me it doesnt either
