That's not normal. They typically respond in about 3 business days. You may want to check the spam folder of your email you used for Support. Maybe their email response to you got caught in your spam.

Or check the the support chat messages. All messages will be in the conversations there. If you don't see any reply there, it would be best to start a new conversation to get it to create a ticket.

It can be 1-3 days, depending on ticket load and with the holidays, it's possible that could be longer. That's the same for basic members. The support tool should give an estimate, if a ticket was opened
It is normal that I sent a message to the Chess.com support team and it takes them like 2 months to just not even respond??
It may be because of high ticket income on the Chess.com support side...
