I changed my username, and now when I try to change my first name, it says, "Please contact support to change your name." Any help?

You can change your username at most once every 90 days. You can ask Support using the Help option in the menu but they may not change

#2 I meant my first and last name not my username

As long as you're not trying to change your username, you should be able to. You might try clearing your browser cache and if that doesn't help, contact support using the Help option in the menu.
