For the past couple of weeks, I have had numerous problems with this app. I am not very computer savvy though, my husband is and he decided to call in a technician. Well, the problem is now sorted! I live on the island of Cyprus and a couple of weeks ago, according to the technician , some very strong thunderstorms caused havoc with the internet so, a THOUSAND apologies for all my rants!

Такое может произойти, если во время партии окончился турнир. Если это так, то всё правильно и это не ошибка.

Это было просто партия на рейтинг
такое бывает, проверьте в профайле соперника - есть ли у него в архиве эта партия

I spoke too soon!
I am having to wait ages for a pairing. I eventually managed to play a game after which, I am now getting a message informing me that I "cannot create a challenge because I am currently playing" when I AM NOT PLAYING! Can somebody please, please help me!
Can someone please, please help! I am supposed to have played and lost about five games none of which I actually played!! What is going on?????????? I have been using this app for three years and there has never been a problem! If this problem is not resolved, I am going to have to give up!!! I do not want to give up!!!!!!!

How are you accessing the site? It sounds like your having connection issues.

Something seems to be going wrong after about 2 pm GMT. I hve been having numerous problems this past month until last week when a technician was called in . Now, my internet is very fast and right now, at 15.38 GMT, I cannot manage to get a game. In fact, I started a game and lost it because apparently, I was not making a move when in actual fact, it was my opponent's turn to move and my opponent's clock which was counting down! I have been using this app for four years with very little problem until this past month. Please, please, can someone enlighten me as to WHAT IS GOING ON!! Also, I keep being informed that I cannot create a challenge because I am already playing when I am clearly NOT PLAYING!!

I’m having issues loading the ongoing matches for puzzle battle. When I go to Watch on puzzle battle or even try to play a match it’s just blank, nothing is loaded. I also can’t even share a screenshot of the issue because when I click upload it doesn’t do anything. Why? Anyone having the same issue?

This issue is only happening on my iPhones mobile desktop safari and chrome browsers but not on my computer desktop. I basically can’t play puzzle battle at all on mobile desktop because nothing for the puzzle battle section loads for Play, Watch, and Leaderboard tabs
