So, when will an account be resticted?  You give warnings?  And what  about the guys who wait on opening for the seconds to expire so they don't have to play?

I agree with spiritmod - I think this guy is cheating.....

I never realised that there was a fair play record, and when people let their first-move seconds expire, they are harming this record for themselves.
