Is the chess.com homepage the same? Kohai told me to press ctrl r and if that does no work your computer memory might be too full. But neither of them worked for me.

My "My Friends Online" window shows only particular members constantly all the time for these 2 days. if the member have not in online, it shows & it not showing who has in online. only 8 members showing constantly all the time & it doesn't change. chess.com help me.
