Just won a game but it hasn’t come through?!

Just won a rapid game (screenshot attached) and it hasn’t given me my rating or pulled through into my game history or my opponent’s? What? Server issue?

They better bl**dy fix it because they registered my previous loss just fine

And now it’s registering on my rating on one screen but not the other wth is going on lol

Same problem here, one win lost in the wind (forgot to take a screen but did report the game).

Doesn't appear in my history nor does it count in my league points...

Guess it's just some server issues, hope to get this fixed and get the benefit of that game.

Yeah must be server issues - I’ve logged a support ticket (which was a faff anyway because their AI bot wouldn’t let me talk to a person until the third try)

Happened to me, too. I lost the game in question, but if they don't record my losses, I don't trust them to record my wins

I’m not sure - on one screen it does on the other it doesn’t. More concerning is the game still isn’t in my game history yet.

The rating stood unchanged and it added no points in my league (should have been +15 since it was a 10 min game)... the game doesn't even show in my history as if I had never played it.

I mean it wouldnt be the end of the world, but it was a decent enough game so nice to have in the record. Also, it sets a concerning precedent if we can play games that then just disappear…

Interesting. I play chess ‘cos I enjoy the game. Well, when I win or play beautiful games at least 😅

Same here. at end of game error message saying review unavailable and apologizing. Refreshed and game disappeared and no record.

I was wondering about what time of the day. There was an issue during the day that impacted some games vut didn't know if your happened then, or after that was resolved.
