Kicked from tournament game and cannot rejoin

When you get removed from a Swiss event, you can't rejoin.
Thanks i have no idea why they kicked me, we had both played our first move he played his second I was about to respond and the app just closed my board! I don’t have any current games showing and it doesn’t show as a completed game either. So frustrating
