I assume you are talking about Live tourneys. Players can't kick other players.  Theoretically,  a moderator or staff member could but that would most likely only be if he was doing something inappropriate.

What likely happened is that there were connection problems that caused the issues that were seen.

No,we can't be having a connection problems ... I got a worse connection than him&he won't do anything inappropriate

Connection problems can occur anywhere  from the local client machine, local router, ISP, to any numbers of hops/connections between the ISP and the chess.com servers.

So it's only connection problems why he got kicked?

I can't guarantee that but it is possible. Your friend can also put in a ticket to see if something else may have been going on.

I've observed this sort of "BS" from time to time.

My internet never drops while I'm playing any other online games, websites, etc. Only when I'm on chess.com and only when I'm winning a game.

What else is there to say? Install ad blocker, flash stop, and any other sort of html/css/javascript we want to ignore and delete.

I can almost guarantee that if you experience disconnects with any frequency, some are when you are losing. When it happens in a winning game it just has more of a mental impact.
