I don't know if the following will help, but it's at least worth reading. Oh, I have read at least 1 post where the member went back to a wired connection to solve a poor connectivity issue:

Hello,
I'm using Firefox 27.0.1 (latest). Lately I'm getting the "Connection interrupted. Reconnecting..." message while playing live chess. I can still play plenty of games without this happening. But when it does happen it seems that the easiest fix is to leave live chess and then open it again, it seems that the automatic reconnecting is not really working for me. Sometimes even closing and reopening won't help when chess.com appears kinda unreachable.
Is this a problem on my side or with chess.com? I did have some general problems with the ISP's DNS randomly not resolving domain names and therefore my browser just aborting all sorts of connections, not fetching or just fetching some of the image/media assets, CSS, JS, you name it, making sites look incomplete and even not being able fetch the HTML until a couple retries. Using Google's Public DNS resolved this very well though.
I live in central europe (Germany), if that matters. And I use WiFi. Other sites are reachable when this happens.
Anyone else having this?
Greetings
